Can you deliver the rental equipment?
Yes — Zeus Rentals offers delivery and pickup services. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
What do I need to rent equipment?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a phone number to rent equipment.
Do I need insurance to rent equipment?
Yes — you’re responsible for the equipment once it leaves our yard. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it’s in your possession, so we recommend contacting your insurance agent about coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card is required for all rentals. Open accounts are available with prior authorization.
How are your rental rates defined?
● 1 Day = 24 hours
● 1 Week = 7 consecutive days
● 1 Month = 28 consecutive days
What is the Damage Waiver and do I have to take it?
A 12% Damage Waiver Fee is automatically applied to all rentals at contract opening. This covers some repair costs (see contract for details). You can decline it at checkout, but then you are fully responsible for any repair or replacement costs if the equipment is damaged.
What are the rules for metered equipment?
Rental charges assume 8 hours of use in a 24-hour period. Additional charges may apply if equipment is used more than the allotted hours per day/week/month.
Do I have to return the equipment with fuel?
Yes — equipment is sent out full of fuel and should be returned full.
What if the equipment is dirty when returned?
Equipment is sent out clean and should be returned clean. A cleaning fee will be added if it’s returned dirty.
Who is responsible for tire damage?
Customers are responsible for all tire damage or flats. If Zeus Rentals is called for onsite repair, standard shop rates apply.
